😊 Mood

A simple record of how you felt each day. Over time, a mood calendar reveals your patterns — and a note keeps the "why" behind each day.

What it is

A visual mood journal: for each day you pick the mood that matches how you felt, and the day takes on that mood's color in the calendar. You can also write a note about the day.

What it's for

  • Record the emotional weather of each day in seconds.
  • Spot patterns over weeks and months (good days, harder phases).
  • Keep a quick bit of context about what marked the day.

How to use (step by step)

  1. Open the Mood section.
  2. Tap the day you want (today by default).
  3. Pick the mood that represents how you felt.
  4. If you like, write a note about the day (what happened, how you were feeling).
  5. Use the month navigation to view or fill in other periods.

Filling examples

  • Calm day → "happy" mood, note "Restful afternoon, all peaceful".
  • Tough day → "tired" mood, note "Lots of meetings, but I got it all done".
  • No note → just the mood is enough to color the day on the calendar.

Tips to get the most out of it

  • Consistency beats text: even without writing anything, logging your mood every day builds a useful picture.
  • Reread the month: looking at the colored calendar now and then helps you notice triggers and good phases.
  • Pair it with Habits: cross-referencing mood and routine often reveals what makes you feel good.
