📝 Notes

A board of colorful sticky notes with rich text: ideas, lists, reminders, recipes, links and photos. Each note has a color, an icon/emoji and tags — and you find everything through search.

What it is

A visual notepad, sticky-note board style. Each note opens in a rich-text editor (bold, italic, underline, highlighter, font sizes, links and images) and can be colored, pinned and organized with tags.

What it's for

  • Keep ideas and quick reminders without losing formatting.
  • Put together small lists, outlines or drafts.
  • Save links (with a thumbnail) and photos inside a note.
  • Organize by color and by tags, and find everything through search.

How to use (step by step)

  1. Tap + to create a note.
  2. Write a title and the content. Use the bottom bar to format:
    • Bold, italic, underline.
    • Aa — font size.
    • Highlighter — pick the color; the text adjusts to stay legible.
    • Eraser — removes formatting from the selected part.
    • Link — paste a URL; it turns into a card with a thumbnail and the site's favicon.
    • Icon/emoji — tap the sticker button to give the note a visual label (Icons | Emoji toggle, the same as the Day-view stickers).
  3. Pick the sticky-note color from the palette. The transparent option (with a dashed outline) leaves the note with the theme's background — light in light mode, dark in dark.
  4. Toggle tags to group the note (or create a new one right there).
  5. Use the pin 📌 at the top to pin important notes — they move to the top of the board.
  6. Just close it: the note saves on its own.

  • Regular link → becomes a card with title, site address and a thumbnail (when available).
  • Photo → paste an image link from the web (e.g. a photo from the browser) and it shows as a thumbnail inside the note.

Tags

  • Create tags with their own name and color.
  • Reorder by dragging the handle, edit or delete (deleting only unlinks the tag from the notes — their text stays).
  • A note can have several tags at once.

Filling examples

  • Quick shopping list → yellow sticky note, title "Groceries", items in the body.
  • Gift idea → note with a "Gifts" tag, a product link (turns into a card) and a 🎁 emoji.
  • Recipe → dish title, ingredients in bold, method below.
  • Wi-Fi password / reminder → a pinned 📌 note so it stays at the top.

Tips to get the most out of it

  • Search: the search box finds by title, content and tag, ignoring accents and case.
  • Smart highlighter: when you highlight a passage, the text color adjusts on its own to stay readable over the highlight.
  • Transparent note: for a more sober look, use the transparent color — it follows the app's light/dark theme.
  • Pin the essentials: use the pin to keep reminders and passwords always within reach.
