🍽️ Meal Plan

Plan what to eat at each meal of the day — breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner. Decide ahead of time, skip the daily "what should I make?" and even track calories if you like.

What it is

A per-day meal planner. Each day has its meals (the slices of the day, which you can customize), and in each one you note what you'll eat, plus optional notes and calories.

What it's for

  • Plan meals ahead and eat better.
  • Avoid waste, already knowing what to buy (it links to Groceries) and cook.
  • Track calories per meal, if that's useful to you.

How to use (step by step)

  1. Open the Meal Plan and pick the day.
  2. Tap a meal (e.g. Lunch) and write what you'll eat.
  3. If you like, add notes (recipe, ingredients) and calories.
  4. Repeat for the other meals of the day.
  5. Customize the day's meals under Manage: rename, reorder, add or remove (e.g. add "Supper" or "Pre-workout").
  6. Save a whole day as a favorite and apply it later to another day to repeat the plan.

Customizable meals and favorites

  • Customize meals: the set (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner…) is yours — adjust it under Manage to reflect your routine.
  • Favorites: save meal plans you repeat (e.g. "Training day") and reapply them whenever you want, without retyping.

Filling examples

  • Ordinary day → Breakfast: bread + fruit; Lunch: rice, beans, chicken; Snack: yogurt; Dinner: soup.
  • Planned week → fill in all 7 days on Sunday and build the shop under Groceries.
  • Calorie tracking → enter calories per meal to follow the day's total.

Tips to get the most out of it

  • Plan the week at once: deciding everything together saves daily decisions and cuts trips to the store.
  • Use favorites for day-types: "light day", "training day", "weekend".
  • Note the recipe: that way the plan already doubles as an ingredients list.
