📦 Parcels

No more digging tracking numbers out of your inbox. The Parcels section gathers all your online orders in one table — with the tracking code, the carrier and the status of every shipment, from order to delivery.

What it is

An order tracker in table form. Each row is a parcel with product, store, carrier, tracking code and a colored status showing which stage the shipment is at. Tracking is manual (you set the status) — so it works offline and needs no external service.

What it's for

  • Keep every online purchase's tracking code in one place.
  • See at a glance what arrived, what's on the way and what hasn't shipped yet.
  • Copy the code and open the carrier's tracking page without leaving the planner.

How to use it (step by step)

  1. Tap + to add a parcel.
  2. Fill in:
    • Product — what you ordered (e.g. "Running shoes").
    • Store — marketplace or site (e.g. Amazon, eBay…).
    • Carrier — pick one of the options (USPS-style carriers, DHL, FedEx, AliExpress, Amazon…) or Other to type the name.
    • Tracking code and, if you like, a direct tracking link.
    • Status and the dates (order, estimated delivery and, once it arrives, the delivery date).
    • Optional: amount paid, a highlight color and notes.
  3. Save. The parcel joins the table, sorted by urgency (whatever needs attention first).
  4. As the shipment moves, update the status — right in the table or by editing.

Shipment status

Each parcel moves through a sequence of statuses, each with its own color:

  • Ordered — bought, waiting for the store to ship.
  • Shipped — the carrier has the package.
  • In transit — on the way.
  • Out for delivery — heading to your address today.
  • Delivered — it arrived (the delivery date is filled in automatically).
  • Problem — lost, returned or any hiccup.

Tap the status badge on the row to open the menu and advance in one tap — no need to open the whole parcel.

Copy code and track

Right on the table row you get two shortcuts:

  • Copy code — copies the tracking number to the clipboard.
  • Track — opens the tracking page:
    • If you added a tracking link, it takes priority.
    • Otherwise the app builds the chosen carrier's address.
    • If the carrier has no known page, it runs a web search for the code.

Filling examples

  • Domestic order → pick the carrier, paste the code, set status "Shipped". Tap Track to follow the route.
  • International order (AliExpress) → store AliExpress, carrier AliExpress, a longer estimated delivery; follow the status through to "Delivered".
  • A gift that can't be late → give it a highlight color and watch the estimate (the date turns red if it passes without being delivered).

Tips to get the most out of it

  • "X on the way": the header shows how many parcels are in transit or out for delivery — your snapshot for the day.
  • Search and filters: filter by status (e.g. only the ones in progress) and search by product, store or code.
  • Smart sorting: problems and today's deliveries rise to the top; delivered ones sink to the bottom.
  • Quick tutorial: tap the ? button in the header to replay the section's mini-tutorial anytime.
  • Fully offline: tracking is manual and syncs across your devices — no carrier API or internet required to work.
