What it is

A monthly finance tracker organized into four tabs:

TabWhat for
ExpensesBills to pay for the month, with category, due date and status (paid/pending/overdue).
IncomeWhat you're expecting to receive (salary, freelance, rent…), with received/expected status.
BalanceIns × outs for the month, balance, comparison chart and a statement with running balance.
YearAll 12 months at once, to see the whole year.

At the top you move between months (‹ and ›) and see the period totals.

What it's for

  • Not forget a single bill — each expense triggers a reminder before the due date.
  • Know at a glance how much is already paid, how much is still pending and what's overdue.
  • Track the balance (income − expenses) and the month's statement.
  • Log bills and income that repeat, without retyping every month.

How to use (step by step)

Log an expense

  1. On the Expenses tab, tap +.
  2. Fill in:
    • Title — e.g. "Electricity bill".
    • Amount — how much it costs.
    • Category — Housing, Transport, Food, Health, Education, Entertainment, Utilities or Other (each has its own color and icon).
    • Due date — when it needs to be paid.
    • Recurrence — None, Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly or Yearly. When you pick a frequency, you set how many times to repeat (e.g. 12 installments).
    • Notes — free-form details (invoice number, remark…).
  3. Save. If you set recurrence, the app creates all installments at once.
  4. When you pay, tap the circle on the right of the entry to mark it paid — the payment date is recorded.

Log income

Same as an expense, on the Income tab: title, amount, category (Salary, Freelance, Investments, Rent, Sales, Other), receive date and recurrence. Tick the circle when you receive it.

Recurrence and series editing

  • When you create a recurring entry, you choose how many times it repeats — the app generates all occurrences (e.g. a loan in 24 installments).
  • When you edit or delete one occurrence of a series, the app asks whether the change applies to just this one or to this and future ones — past occurrences stay intact.
  • The payment date is individual: marking one installment as paid doesn't affect the others.

Filling examples

  • Rent → category Housing, fixed amount, due on the 10th, Monthly recurrence, 12 times. A reminder arrives before each due date.
  • Salary → Income tab, category Salary, Monthly recurrence. Mark as received when it lands.
  • Installment purchase → category Other, Monthly recurrence, number of installments = the plan's count.
  • Yearly subscription → Yearly recurrence.

Tips to get the most out of it

  • Color-coded status: overdue bills appear in red and are summed separately in the summary, so you can prioritize.
  • Category breakdown: the Expenses tab has a breakdown showing how much and what percentage of the month went to each category, with bars.
  • Balance with running total: the Balance tab lists each movement by date and shows the balance running line by line.
  • Filters: filter entries by all / pending / paid (or received).
  • Export CSV: the export button generates a spreadsheet for the month (expenses, income or balance) — handy for backup or to open in Excel/Sheets.
  • Year view: use the Year tab to spot seasonality (heavier months, bonuses, etc.).
