📋 Lists

Checklists for everything: the day's tasks, things to pack for a trip, the steps of a project. Create as many lists as you want, each with its own color and icon.

What it is

A builder for independent item lists. Each list has a title, color and icon, and gathers items you can mark as done (or use without checkboxes, as a plain list).

What it's for

  • Organize tasks and checklists by topic.
  • Mark what's done and clear what you've completed.
  • Attach a due date and a note to specific items.

How to use (step by step)

  1. Tap + to create a list: give it a title, pick a color and icon.
  2. Type in the add item field and confirm — repeat to add several.
  3. Tap an item to mark it done (or unmark it).
  4. Tap an item to open options and set a due date or a note.
  5. Use the list menu (⋯) to:
    • Edit title/color/icon.
    • Enable/disable the checkboxes (turns it into a plain list, no ticks).
    • Mark all / unmark all.
    • Clear completed, duplicate, move the list's position or delete it.

Filling examples

  • Weekly tasks → everyday items, checked off as you finish.
  • Packing list → a "Trip" list, each item a thing; check them off as you pack.
  • Ideas / notes → disable the checkboxes and use it as a simple list of topics.

Tips to get the most out of it

  • Duplicating saves time: for checklists that repeat (packing, monthly groceries), duplicate the ready list instead of recreating it.
  • Clear completed: keeps the list lean without losing the items still pending.
  • Per-item due date: useful when some items on the list have a date and others don't.
