✅ Habits

To build consistency: mark each day you kept a habit and watch your streak grow. Drink water, read, work out, take medicine — one calendar per habit, with streaks and a little celebration for every day you mark.

What it is

A habit tracker with a monthly calendar for each habit. You tap the day you kept it, it gets marked in the habit's color, and the app computes your current streak and your record.

What it's for

  • Build and keep healthy routines through the power of consistency.
  • See, at a glance, the days you kept (and the ones you missed) in the month.
  • Stay motivated by the streak (days in a row) and the celebration on each mark.

How to use (step by step)

  1. Tap + Add to create a habit.
  2. Fill in:
    • Name — e.g. "Drink 2 L of water".
    • Icon or emoji — the habit's visual identity.
    • Color — used to mark the days and for the streak badge.
  3. Save. The habit shows up with the month calendar.
  4. Every day you keep it, tap the day number — it turns into a colored dot with ✓ (and pops a little confetti 🎉). To unmark, tap again (the app asks for confirmation).
  5. Use the arrows ‹ › at the top to see other months.

Streaks and record

  • 🔥 Current streak — how many days in a row, up to today, you've been keeping it.
  • 🏆 Record — the longest streak you've ever reached for that habit.
  • At the bottom of each card is the total of days marked this month.

Filling examples

  • Drink water → emoji 💧, blue. Mark every day you hit the goal.
  • Read 10 pages → emoji 📖. The streak encourages you not to "break the chain".
  • Gym → emoji 🏋️, green.
  • Take medicine → mark it every day so you don't miss doses.

Tips to get the most out of it

  • Don't break the chain: the streak number 🔥 is the best motivator — try to keep it alive every day.
  • Archive instead of delete: when editing a habit you can archive it — it leaves the main list (and frees a slot on the free plan) but the history is kept. You can unarchive it whenever you want.
  • Export the year to PDF: the export button generates a yearly summary of your habits — great to print or keep.
  • Start small: a few well-kept habits are worth more than many abandoned ones.
