🙏 Gratitude

A simple journal to note, each day, what you're grateful for. A small habit that, over time, changes how you look at your routine.

What it is

A gratitude journal organized by date: for each day, you write down what you're grateful for that day. Entries are kept and you can revisit earlier days.

What it's for

  • Cultivate the habit of noticing the good things in the day.
  • Create a record to reread on harder days.
  • Close the day on a positive note.

How to use (step by step)

  1. Open the Gratitude section — it already shows today.
  2. Write one or more reasons for gratitude that day.
  3. Use the date navigation to record (or reread) another day.
  4. Come back whenever you like: earlier entries stay saved.

Filling examples

  • Ordinary day → "A calm coffee in the morning", "A good chat with a friend".
  • Tough day → "I finished even though I was tired", "I had my family's support".
  • Small pleasures → "Sun after days of rain", "A book that made me laugh".

Tips to get the most out of it

  • Every day, even briefly: a single line a day already builds the habit — it doesn't have to be a long text.
  • Be specific: "my daughter's hug when I got home" sticks more than "my family".
  • Reread on bad days: the history is a concrete reminder of good things.
