⏰ My Routine

A board to design your routine across different scenarios — a weekday, a weekend, a work-from-home day. Each row is a moment/activity, each scenario is a column, and the cells hold what to do.

What it is

A routine grid. The rows represent blocks/moments (e.g. Morning, Afternoon, Night, or specific activities), and the scenarios represent different contexts (e.g. "Weekday" and "Weekend"). In each cell you list the tasks for that moment in that scenario.

What it's for

  • Build different routines for different types of day, side by side.
  • See the day in blocks and what to do in each one.
  • Reuse tasks between scenarios without retyping.

How to use (step by step)

  1. Create the rows of your routine (e.g. "Morning", "Work", "Night"), each with an icon, color and optional emoji.
  2. Adjust the scenarios (columns) — rename them to whatever fits (e.g. "Weekday", "Day off").
  3. Tap a cell (the crossing of row × scenario) and list the items for that moment.
  4. Inside the cell, you can copy or move the items to another scenario — great when a weekday morning and a day-off morning look alike.

Filling examples

  • Rows → "Morning", "Lunch", "Afternoon", "Night".
  • Scenarios → "Workday" × "Weekend".
  • Cell Morning × Workday → wake at 6, exercise, coffee, leave at 7:30.
  • Cell Morning × Weekend → wake without an alarm, calm coffee, farmers' market.

Tips to get the most out of it

  • Start with 2 scenarios: "weekday" and "weekend" already cover most routines.
  • Copy what repeats: build one scenario and copy the common cells to the other, then adjust only the differences.
  • Blocks, not rigid times: thinking in "Morning/Afternoon/Night" is usually more sustainable than nailing down minutes.
